Question 1. How can I take part at the auction?
Answer1.  You must register in the site in order to take part at the auction.

Question 2. How can I register?
Answer2. Enter “Register” page, Fill in required fields reading and understanding terms and conditions before you register.

Question 3. How can I assess the car on auction and get information about it?
Answer 3. Wait for a call from an employee of "Samasu" LLC to confirm your registration within 1 working day.   After you receive an invitation from an employee, visit our office and assess the car on auction in order to determine your maximum bid price, which you make online on our web site.

Question 4. Are the cars on auction free from tax duties and tariffs?
Answer 4. Yes, all the cars on auction are free from tax duties and tariffs.

Question 5. Should I pay in order to become a Participant?
Answer 5. Yes, You should pay 30000 AMD refundable deposit in order to become a Participant.

Question 6. What are deposits and why they are used in auction?
Answer 6. Deposits are refundable or in case you win, it will be subtracted from the car price. Deposit will not be refunded, except when the participant is recognised winner, but he/she does not buy the car. 

Question 7. Where and how to bid at the auction?
Answer 7. After assessing the car on auction and making the appropriate payments the participant can bid from any PC connected to World Wide Web. In order to bid the highest price your bid should be equal to the current bid.

Question 8. Is this auction reserve or non-reserve?
Answer 8. This auction is non-reserve. The company will sell the vehicle on auction at any price equal or higher the starting price.

Question 9. In what cases I can refuse to participate at the auction?
Answer 9. Participants can refuse to take part at the auction after assessing the car. Participants can not refuse their participation during the auction.

Car Check with Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Question 1. What is VIN?
Answer 1. VIN is a composition of 17 numbers and letters, according to which we provide history check of a vehicle which is produced in the US or for US market.

Question 2. Are your reports reliable?
Answer 2. Our reports are true but not necessarily complete.

Question 3. How and where can I receive information by VIN about the car?  
Answer 3. Please fill out required fields to get the initial history of your vehicle to your e-mail address within 1 working day. Ordering a VIN full check you should pay 12000 AMD for English version and 14000 AMD for Armenian version. If you order for the second time in the same month you should have an unprecedented discount: you should pay 3000 AMD for English version and 5000 AMD for Armenian version and we will send it to you by regular post/email or you can get it right from our office.

Car Order

Question1.  Is it necessary to register for car order?
Answer 1.   Your registration in the site is desirable, but not necessary. You can order a car by visiting our office.

Question 2. What steps I should take for car order?
Answer 2
-          Submission of initial order: online or offline (by visiting our office)
-          Details of initial order are sent to the US for our partner dealer to confirm and get back to us with details.
-          You confirm or reject the order. By confirming your order, you sign a contract with “SAMASU”LLC and pay deposit which is refundable.
-          After confirmation your order will be in process and we will get lots of offers with details for the car you have ordered.  We intensively and professionally work with you for you to make best decision from available choices. You may still reject the order and get back your deposit fully, if cars do not suit your needs.
-      After you confirm your choice or choices, our partner dealer will get one of the cars you have approved.
-      You pay remained amount including car price and shipping costs.
-      Your car will be delivered to you in Yerevan during 75-90 (long line) days or 45-50 days (Short       line).
                             
Question 3.  What if the car has problems?
Answer 3.  

Our company carries responsibility for major problems. Rights and obligations will be regulated by order contract. Your car will have no problem with drivability-Guaranteed. Our experience mostly thanks to our ongoing improvements and reliable and professional partners in the field has shown that the probability of ordering salvage, broken, rebuilt or fire/flood car is minimized to zero! In addition your car will be fully insured during its way to Yerevan. Minor scratches are possible with any used car except brand new ones.
 
Question 4. What are advantages of ordering a car through your company from the USA?
Answer 4:

Question 5. Who is responsible for tax issues?
Answer 5. The person who has ordered the car is responsible, but the company can provide free consultation.

Spare Parts Order

Question 1. From what countries can I order spare parts through your company?
Answer 1. You are welcome to order spare parts through our company’s part order service from Germany, UAE and USA. If you order spare part from Germany you must indicate spare part number. 

Question 2. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Answer 2. Your order will be delivered within 4-10 days from Germany and UAE and 21-25 days from the USA.

Question 3. What if I need the order very urgently?
Answer 3.   No problem. Your order will be delivered by courier service. 

Question 4.  From where should I receive my order?
Answer 4. You will receive your order from our office or it will be delivered to your location within Yerevan.

Question 5 . Spare parts for which make can I order through your company?
Answer 5 .  You are welcome to order spare parts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Nissan, Range Rover and for any other brands.

Direct Sale

Question1. How Can I pay and get a car without participating at the online auction or ordering it from the USA?
Answer 1. You should look for a car listed under the title “Cars for direct sale” and get the one you like at about buy now price.

Question2. How can I see a car I am interseted?
Answer 2. You should contact us and make reservation of the car You are interested and visit our office at your desired time.

Cars you see in our web site are in Armenia and are free from taxes and tariffs.
